History of JEGNA

JEGNA meeting is intended to be held every 2 years, organized by the "Section Régionale Grand NOrd" (SRGNO) / Northern France regional section, of the "Société Française d'Acoustique" (SFA) / French acoustical society.

The aim of JEGNA is to foster interactions between students, researchers and acousticians in the non-academic domain, from various labs and firms in Northern France.

JEGNA also is the opportunity to discover the regional activities in acoustics to students at Master's and Ph.D level. The students will be given the opportunity to present their work, internships, research, in a more casual atmosphere than classical scientific conferences.
